Pattern interrupt
Get them to answer instead of triggering the normal sales-call reflex.
A cold call script for industrial suppliers whose quote requests sit, go out late, or arrive without the specs needed to price them.
Cold calls convert into attended meetings only when the conversation points toward a specific, tangible outcome. Anchor your pitch around a clear input, deliverable output, realistic guarantee, and explicit price range.
1. Recurring, not one-off. Every implementation includes a minimum 3-month monitoring and tuning retainer in the initial agreement, rather than pitching a second contract after delivery.
2. Consistent cadence. Cold calling works best as a consistent, disciplined process alongside email follow-ups. Regular dial blocks beat sporadic outreach.
Roughly half the list has no form and no published email. Asking those companies how requests come in “through the website” tells them you never looked. Tag every row A or B in the sheet first.
Premise: requests land in a shared mailbox and sit while the team is on the floor. Run Phase 02 exactly as written.
Premise is different: there is no capture at all, so you only hear from buyers willing to pick up the phone. Use the Branch B bridge inside Phase 02.
Use these when the prospect is already tired of cold calls, defensive, or tries to classify you as a salesperson immediately.

Identify the owner of the process, then introduce a familiar problem without offering a solution.
Do not react to the first problem with a pitch. Keep them talking.
Connect the friction to lost jobs, slower cash flow, or wasted sales time.
Create enough curiosity to justify 15 minutes. Do not explain the whole solution.
Do not argue. Agree with the concern, lower pressure, then ask one question that gives you information.
Booked is not attended. The podcast put no-show at 40–50% of committed appointments and called it the biggest single leak in the funnel. Nothing in v1 of this script fought it. This is the cheapest win on the page.
